The personality dynamics and change workshop is designed to help participants understand and anticipate the need for constructive change. Participants will learn how to plan for successful change implementation. The program facilitates the development of insights and pro- active tools for dealing effectively with the challenges of change.

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator can be an important tool for understanding personal reactions to change, its effects on us, our strengths during change, and our needs as individuals involved in organizational change. This under- standing provides the objective tools for maintaining health and well-being during a time that is often experienced as stressful.

Who Should Participate In These Types Of Workshops?

This program can be designed for a general audience or for management. A minimum of three weeks is needed in order to complete the MBTl (tm) reports for the program. This can be a one or two-day program depending on the depth of the material covered.
