Benefits:
Diversity
is upon us. Our personal and professional satisfactions are increasingly
linked to our abilities to build relationships with people who do not
necessarily share our own particular perspective of the world. The MBTI
allows us to look at our uniqueness as positives, our preferences as
useful, and our orientation to the world as an asset. The MBTI is a
model used to help us work beyond our differences.
