Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)

Personality Dynamics And Type Training

The personality dynamics and type training workshop is designed to help participants understand the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and how it can be applied in organizational settings. In general, the MBTI functions as a tool that helps people in organizations to: understand themselves and their behaviours, to appreciate others by making constructive use of differences, and to see that approaching problems in different ways can be healthy and productive. Participants will learn about:

What Is The MBTI®? (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator)

  • The J-P Exercise
  • Type and Organizational Structure Preference
  • Order of Preferences for Each Type

Benefits:

Diversity is upon us. Our personal and professional satisfactions are increasingly linked to our abilities to build relationships with people who do not necessarily share our own particular perspective of the world. The MBTI allows us to look at our uniqueness as positives, our preferences as useful, and our orientation to the world as an asset. The MBTI is a model used to help us work beyond our differences.

Who Should Participate?
