Interaction Leadership

Course Outline:: How to identify and apply the four roles of interaction leadership for optimal results,
  • The difference between counselling, coaching and confronting employees and how to apply these positive techniques,
  • Conflict management styles that are available to you as a leader and how to use them appropriately,
  • How to recognize the major causes of resistance in the workplace and quickly deal with these causes,
  • Workplace harassment and how to deal with it, the due diligence process,
  • How to demonstrate coping strategies in dealing with hostile and difficult people.

Duration:  2 Days

Who Should Be Attending?

Supervisors, managers, leaders etc, who are expected to deal with the day to day personal challenges that at times are uncomfortable or compromising. These leaders need to be proactive and sometimes reactive to certain workplace situations that call for techniques that reduce conflict, encourage success and lead to maximum benefits.

Leading With Passion

Course Outline:

To identify your preferred behavioral style in your work environment,
  • To identify the preferred styles of others in the workplace,
  • The benefits of linking behavioural tendencies and corporate value systems,
  • How to empower colleagues through the understanding of their preferred behavioural styles and tendencies,
  • Elements required to design strategies for successful negotiation of potentially negative issues,
  • The need to create a win / win result through active communication and motivational skills.

Duration: 2 Days

Who Should Be Attending?

Managers, supervisors / leaders who have at least two years of leadership experience and want to advance to the next level of leadership in their organization / company. These are leaders who believe they have a broad understanding of the challenges that they face and need to increase their leadership capabilities in order to address these challenges.

Performance Driven Leadership

Course Outline:

The six roles that a leader must play in order to be successful in today's work environment,
  • The six power bases available to a leader, when to utilize the appropriate base and why,
  • How corporate values and personal belief systems affect your leadership ability,
  • How to leverage the skills of your employees to achieve organizational success,
  • To determine the connection between people's values and their motivational expectations,
  • Your preferred leadership style, the elements that shape your style and how to change your style with relationship to your work environment,
  • How to empower, motivate and delegate to employees through the fundamentals of building a team, setting goals, defining roles and establishing procedures.

Duration: 2 Days
