Conflict training, dealing with workplace conflicts, managing conflict constructively is a powerful program which enables participants to understand why differences in outlook and motivation exist. They learn how they can facilitate effective interactions in work teams and increase awareness around process issues. In this program, participants will gain an understanding and appreciation of how their preferences affect their views and how their views can affect both their performance and their professional environment. Participants will be able to recognize and understand the possible causes, characteristics, and solutions of conflict between individuals. Depending on the depth of content covered, this program can be delivered in a one, two or three-day format.
