Instructions:

Use minimum grade 8 quality bolt, with locknut and washer. Torque bolt to 65-75 ft-lbs for 1/2" hole, 145-155 ft-lbs for 5/8" hole and 240-250 ft-lbs for 3/4" hole. Ensure compatibility between anchor and connecting hardware. When mounting, anchorage base must be flush with mounting surface. Also, when mounting on a vertical plane (i.e. a wall), the anchor ring must be perpendicular to the ground plane. Mounting surface must have a minimum tensile of 5M.
